Tiraz Al Ahsa
One of the joint projects with the National Company for Housing, as we are going to develop an area of 26,370m² as integrated residential region. It includes seven buildings with a total of 224 apartments with different models and 15 residential units on the basis of (town house) system.

The project is located at Al-Hasa oasis in Al Hafouf city and near to King Faisal Mosque and only few meters from the southern ring road and Al- Agir Road, many schools, hospitals, universities and commercial centers are in the vicinity. The project has complete infra-structure like road services, lightening, electrical services and water, we have observed the developmental standards to guarantee environment sustainability and conservation.
