Located at the northern side of Riyadh, consisting of eight villas representing our keystone endeavor to develop luxurious and innovative villas, nevertheless of the few numbers of villas but it was consisting of three categories divided into two regions with areas ranging from 450-470m², observing in the designing the divan (diwaniya), swimming pool and multi-purpose rooms, the project was developed jointly with on the roof of the villa.
