Best Residential Project Award
The project “Kattouf” was awarded the Best Real Estate Project Award for 2017 by Entrepreuner Magazine of the Group (BNC) Publishing, during the ceremony held at the Marriott Hotel in Riyadh, where the award was received by Qsai Al Fakhari, CEO of Arabian-style company, from H.E. Dr. Ghassan Al Suleiman, Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, in the presence of a large group of businessmen and officials in the government and business sector.
On this occasion, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Sarhan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arabian Model Company stated that this achievement came through our vision and future strategy based on contributing to the development of real estate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in keeping with the vision of the Government and the State’s efforts to develop the real estate sector in order to play a distinctive role in real estate and economic development, attracting many promising foreign projects and investments, noting that our company embraces the Iraqi real estate experience, which has played a clear role in the country’s real estate landscape and in providing for the needs of this sector in more than one important event.
Qsay Al Fakhari, Chief Executive Officer of Tiraz Al-Arabia, stated that the project “Qatov” is one of the most important projects in the real estate development sector to meet the growing demand for housing units with the best modern designs and the distinctive location of the project in the north of Riyadh City “in the suburb of Musharraf Hills” and near the second North Circle (King Salman Road man) along Abbakr al-Saddiq road north.
